Organized in 1978, C.L. Willis and Associates is a diversified consulting firm with a broad, in-depth experience in major construction and marine work and expertise in systems analysis and in contract performance analysis. The firm provides management, engineering, proposal preparation, and other consulting services to commercial and government contractors, shipyards, shipowners, heavy construction contractors, and bonding companies throughout the United States. The firm is a leader in the application of computer-based analysis techniques to a wide variety of business management and project operations situations. Clients of the firm also include numerous major U.S. defense contractors, utilities, nuclear power plant owners and contractors, ocean drill rig fabricators, wind tunnel erectors, and various specialty contractors

C.L. Willis, the firm principal, serves as an arbitrator in large and complex cases, and he has also participated in numerous alternative disputes resolution procedures; formal and informal. The firm's members and associates also have extensive experience in major arbitration and litigation cases which has been gained through working with more than a dozen law firms (including some of the largest in the nation) and more than 75 individual lawyers in carrying out various assignments.
